★ Truth and falsity in regeneration battery(durability comparison after restoration)


A. Cross section of battery terminal posts regenerated by Good-Cell over 1 year ago. (48V,715Ah)

Take a photo of cross-section on terminal posts that have used over 3 hours per day in order to check the durability. We regenerated it on January 8, 2012.

※Terminal posts are clean and it means that both of current and voltage are stable.

B. Cross section of the battery adding chemicals 3 months ago : Ilshin stone Co.,Ltd in Iksan (48V,715Ah)

Both of rubber packing and terminal post are seriously demaged. Inside battey is completely destroyed.

※ Even though Good-Cell's advanced technology, we are unsure to regenerate it because
    we can not fix the fallen active materials from plates.

" we paid $2,700 for regeneration to certain restoration company. However the power dramatically soaped out from one month after regeneration and finally we were hard to use forklift for only 5 min. from 3 months. So, we requested A/S several times but they came to us only once and kept making excuses that it was damaged by improper maintenance. And then, we are hard to contact them now"


※ Many defects were founded in whole battery as a result of Good-Cell test. So, we cut off the both terminal posts as above photo. We often observe this kind of bad state of the battery that added chemicals due to the reason of a low price. The effectiveness of chemical regeneration lasts for a week or 2~3 months such as painkiller or drug component. However, sometime later, it makes a chemical action with inside sludge and then occurs internal oxidation or damages as you can see above photo.

Please simply think about inside materials. There are "lead, pure sulfuric acid, distilled wafer" in battery cell. Now, you add chemical additives into battery cell in order to remove sulfation crystals. Yes, your chemical additives are able to remove it for a while. In spite of removal sulfation, the problem is still existed. Why?? your chemicals convert to another materials after chemical action with sulfation crystals. If another materials indicate "lead, pure sulfuric acid or distilled water" we may consider its effectiveness and durability but if not, it will be harmful to the battery. So far, we don't find the chemicals helping battery life extension.
