On June 15, received a call about the battery regeneration from Samhan Farming Tools


Good-Cell : This is Good-Cell.
Mr. Jung   : Do you regenerate the battery...Good-Cell?
Good-Cell : Yes, right. How may I help you?
Mr. Jung   : I call you because you regenerate very well...we have a forklift that threw away
                   for a year so it is in a mess.
Good-Cell : What is the status now?
Mr. Jung   : No cables, depletion distilled water...it is really mess.
Good-Cell : I can imagine it.... almost 90% of customers request to regenerate batteries 
                   when they are unable to use it so deliver it to us.
Mr. Jung   : yeah....and become rusty.....
Good-Cell : Do you mean that inside of battery become rusty?
Mr. Jung   : Yes, the connector melts due to heating..
Good-Cell : It that condition, we are unsure to regenerate but have curious. We dare say
                   there are nobody could do it everywhere in worldwide if we couldn't regenerate
                   it. Then, pls deliver it to us and if we are not able to do it, we'll supply new
                   battery with production cost.

The first challenge to prove Good-Cell's advanced forklift battery regeneration technology

Good-Cell decides to challenge to regenerate the extreme 20 years old forklift battery. Many customers had been tired of several kind of restoration methods such as electric regenerators or chemicals additives over 10 years. Many clients also glanced suspiciously
at Good-Cell regeneration system for forklift battery since we introduced our regenerator to
the market.

Therefore, we should dispel such a worries ourselves as well as show the differences
between Good-Cell and other competitors. As a first part of those efforts, we dicides to
regenerate 20 years old forklfit battery.


★ Factory-in, on March 9, Junchul Agriculture Equipment [48V, 660 Ah] 

We set eyes on forklift battery manufacturer "SAMHEUNG BATTERY CO." It is requested
from Junchul Agriculture Equipment in Whasung city (24V, 320Ah). Above photo shows
LOT no. 931014026 which means "Octover 14, 1993" as well as telephone area code
"0345"
 
Frankly speaking, we are worried sick about regeneration battery ;
. left alone for a while
. corrosion
. depletion electrolyte
. poor voltage ad graivity etc.... worry....worry.......

We achieve the challenge project to regenerate over 20-year-old forklift battery with

1. Good-Cell have restored at least 400% more performance than traditional methods of restoration.
Most of the existing 99.9% electric regenerator send pulse wave through both ends of the terminals which
are connected in series. It is a good thing to have this kind of machine which play a weak effect. Most
recyclers do a simple cell replacement so that they do not reveal how to regenerate forklift battery.

 2. Good-Cell never adds any chemicals(activators, catalysts)

Many existing forklift battery recyclers put unidentified activators or catalysts into extremely sensitive cell and it is highly dangerous. Adding chemical additives into the battery which should be used 100% purified
distilled water ??? It is same that a doctor injects drugs to dying person.

Good-Cell regenerator destroys the accumulated sulfation which interrupts the flow of current. Besides, we
restore the maximum performance of battery cell through vitalizing the electrical properties of the tired
electrolyte. We are proud of our technology and operation know-how in regeneration forklift battey.



3. No imprudent cell replacement. 

Until now, most recyclers have roughly chosen the replacement cell by checking voltage level. However, according to V=I x R, the voltage indicates high in spite of not flowing current due to high resistance. Most recyclers have replaced with the cell dropping down discharge ability by measuring voltage level. Almost nine out of ten cells that requested to Good-Cell were poor discharge performance. Rather, non-verified regeneration degrades the performance. Good-Cell regenerates charge/discharge ability based on individual cell after checking voltage and current as well as the degree of falling down active materials.

4. Good-Cell has carried out field test faithfully for 2 and a half years.
